Using the Personality Performance Indicator‚Ñ¢ profile tool as a basis for this process we:

  1. Discuss with you the particular issues relating to e.g. a team
  2. Carryout the profile analysis
  3. 1-2-1 feedback on individual profile reports highlighting areas for development
  4. Deliver a one day Steppingstones to winning teams seminar
  5. 1-2-1 individual feedback and establishing an effective individual action plan (optional)
  6. Provide management with a development repost and team profile report

The outcome of this process is to:-

  • Develop a nurturing and motivational style of management

  • Create more synergistic team who communicate effectively and understand emotional needs of others and cultivate an attitude of ‘can do’

This process focuses on making the Personality Performance Indicator, an integral part of the company's management system; a methodology that is used by all managers to create more motivated teams.
