As an approved provider for ILM we have successfully accredited over 300 team leaders and first line managers through our own SteppingStones two day leadership programme.

This two-day ILM endorsed management development programme aims to introduce delegates to the art of leading people by analysing their current leadership skills and establishing methods to improve their effectiveness as a leader.

  • Applying ACL in a working environment
  • Analysing your leadership style
  • Awareness of verbal and non verbal communications
  • How to conduct effective team briefings
  • The art of influencing
  • Improving interpersonal relationships
  • Understanding team dynamics
  • Methods to analysing teams strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Effective feedback skills

Added value each delegate will receive a personal Behavioural profile report which will highlight their perceived behaviours at work.
