SteppingStones to Effective Leadership

As an approved provider for ILM we have successfully accredited over 300 team leaders and first line managers through our own SteppingStones to Effective Leadership two day programme.

This two-day ILM endorsed management development programme aims to introduce delegates to the art of leading people by analysing their current leadership skills and establishing methods to improve their effectiveness as a leader.

  • Analysing your leadership style
