Allen Partnership offers Endorsed and Development Awards which are accredited and assured by The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), enabling organisations to gain external validation and recognition for programmes which have been specially designed to support their specific organisational needs and tailored to their own internal systems and practices.
As an approved provider for ILM we offer three Endorsed Awards (Endorsed Awards include an element of assessment) and have successfully accredited over 300 team leaders and first line managers through our own SteppingStones two day leadership programmed and now we have extended awards and now offer Blue Sky Leadership and The Insperational Leader.
We also offer three Development Awards (no assessment required programmed quality assured by ILM) ranging from one dayto five day programmes .
