This innovative service introduced in 2002 as a result of a growing demand from Human Resource professionals, why?

Through our normal consultancy and training activities, we normally interact with HR Directors/Managers, discussing the tactical and strategic development of their people. More often they felt that they too could benefit from focused guidance and training and at times they had no one to turn to professionally to discuss issues or courses of action.
