Course of action chosen ~ to develop a modular based training programme, with coaching support, have it accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management and as an Endorsed award.
Allen Partnership was chosen because of their track record in developing and delivering customised solutions on time and within budget.
Issues:
The business has been moving forward with the times and technology in general management had been some what stagnant in their approach to leading to company into the 21st Century. There had been no formal leadership undertaken by the majority of senior managers, typifying an SME approach to this area.
Results:
All six senior managers successfully completed the intensive programme; all had developed new skills, and improved their individual operational areas, by becoming more effective and efficient in their day to day leadership & management of people and operations.
Bottom Line benefit:
Each manager produced a business improvement report which has resulted in an approximate saving of £65k to the company making it cost effective in their initial investment in training.
